A scene of the backstreets of Manchester’s Northern Quarter. Newton Street is graced with the baby Jesus, reaching out lovingly for his mother, the Virgin Mary. These figures have been inspired by Raphael’s painting, ‘The Holy Family of Francis I’ (1518)
