Two scenes of Manchester’s Northern Quarter. ‘I’ is inspired by one of Raphael’s esteemed ‘Madonna and Child’ paintings, ‘La Belle Jardinière’  (1505). ‘II’ is inspired by Waterhouse’s romantic female figure from ‘The Soul of The Rose’ (1908).
